PRIVACY POLICY / EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 28, 2026
Your health context should remain yours.
This policy explains what IntelliHealth collects, why it is processed, how connected AI clients can access it, and the controls available to you.
Information we process
IntelliHealth processes account information such as your email address and profile details; health information you choose to store, including conditions, medications, laboratory results, vitals, notes, health records and measurements; authorization records for connected clients; and security/audit metadata needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to provide your private health workspace, authenticate you, return health context you request, search and aggregate your records, save changes you authorize, maintain access controls, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service and keep an audit trail of relevant access.
Connected AI clients
IntelliHealth exposes a remote MCP interface. A compatible AI client can access IntelliHealth only after authorization. The client receives only data returned by tools available under the scopes granted to that connection. You should review the privacy practices of any AI client you choose to connect because its handling of data after receipt is governed by that provider.
Service providers
IntelliHealth uses infrastructure and service providers to host the application, authentication and database systems. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service. We do not sell personal health information or use it for advertising.
Security and access controls
Health records are user-scoped. IntelliHealth uses authenticated access, row-level database controls, scoped OAuth permissions, hashed MCP access credentials and audit logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid storing information they do not want processed by the service.
Retention, deletion and revocation
Information is retained while needed to provide the service and meet legitimate security or operational requirements. Connected-client access can be revoked. Where deletion is available, operational backups or security records may persist for a limited period before expiry. We will update this policy as deletion controls and retention periods become more specific.
Health information limitations
IntelliHealth organizes and makes user-provided health context accessible. It is not an emergency service and does not replace a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use IntelliHealth as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment or emergency decisions.
Your choices
You control what health context you add and which compatible clients you authorize. You may stop using a connected client, revoke its access, or contact IntelliHealth support for privacy and account questions.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
