These terms govern access to IntelliHealth, including its web application and remote MCP interface.

Service

IntelliHealth provides tools for storing, organizing, retrieving, searching and sharing user-controlled health context with authorized compatible clients.

Not medical advice or emergency care

IntelliHealth is an information-management product, not a healthcare provider, diagnostic service or emergency service. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Seek qualified medical care for diagnosis or treatment, and contact local emergency services for urgent situations.

Your account and data

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for the information you choose to submit. Do not use another person's account or upload information you are not authorized to process.

Connected clients

You may authorize compatible AI clients to access IntelliHealth. You are responsible for choosing those clients and reviewing the permissions requested. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, probe or disrupt infrastructure, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, use the service to violate law or third-party rights, or use health information obtained through IntelliHealth for unlawful discrimination or harm.

Availability and changes

Features may change as IntelliHealth develops. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or abuse prevention.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. IntelliHealth does not guarantee that stored information or AI-assisted outputs are complete, clinically correct or suitable for a particular medical decision. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be restricted or terminated for material misuse, security risk or violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
